Oresteia Act II
Interactive exhibition in augmented and virtual reality
presentation
We present the new interactive layout of INDA’s permanent exhibition, Oresteia Act II, created using artificial intelligence.
Inaugurated on the centenary of the resumption of classical performances at the Greek Theatre in Syracuse, after the interruption of the Great War and the Spanish flu epidemic, this exhibition recounts the birth of INDA, the patrons who were behind it, and the first staging of Aeschylus’ The Libation Bearers in 1921, through the photographs of Angelo Maltese.
Thanks to generative artificial intelligence, the use of video game software, virtual reality and augmented reality, the new interactive layout of INDA’s permanent exhibition projects the memory of ancient drama into the future, offering the public the opportunity to immerse themselves in the past and relive it with new eyes.
